FAQs
What should my child wear to class?
Anything comfortable they can move in! While leotards are not required, if your child feels like channeling their inner Olympian, we’ve got a great selection available in our pro-shop—or they’re welcome to wear their own.
Socks or bare feet are both fine—whichever feels best. Please avoid anything too tight (like jeans) or too loose (like dresses).
We also kindly ask that long hair be tied up and all jewelry removed before class. We are not responsible for any lost personal items.
What happens if my child does not like their class?
If your child isn’t enjoying their class, please contact the front office to discuss possible alternatives that may be a better fit. To request a withdrawal, you must email the office at your child’s location. Please note: we do not offer refunds. Credit may be issued at the discretion of the gym on a case to case basis.
Do you offer free trials?
Yes, we offer one free trial per student.
When can my child move up?
Your child’s instructor will keep an eye on their progress and let you know when they’re ready for the next level. This could mean moving to a longer class, an older age group (if they’re in between levels), or even being invited to join a team!
