Xcel compares to our Junior Olympic program but it is less demanding and more affordable. Xcel is a team commitment and provides new gymnastics with what it is like to be on a competitive gymnastics team. Xcel gymnasts will practice two times a week for three hours each day. They are able to compete but it is optional. They can compete when they are ready.
