Extremes (Level 7-10)
When our gymnasts on the "Stars" move up to Level 7 they become "Extremes". The "Extremes" follow USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Program Levels 7-10. They practice 20 hours a week and compete at multiple competitions in the tri-state area. |
